1. Google recently introduced the latest version of its Android operating system – Android 8.0 Oreo. The update succeeds Android Nougat and brings in several new features to Android smartphones. These include picture-in-picture video, pinned shortcuts and widgets, Smart Text selection, colour icons, and several enhanced security features.

2. Over the next few weeks, flyers traveling through Munich Airport will be greeted by a humanoid robot named Josie Pepper, who will be able to field questions about flight operations, and the nearest restaurant or loo.

3. Walmart’s investment negotiations with Flipkart include a proposal to open a chain of retail stores in India. The US-based retail giant is negotiating to buy more than a 30% stake in India’s largest online marketplace as it seeks to open another global front in its battle against Amazon.

4. Huawei's sub-brand Honor is going to sell one of its most popular handsets, the Honor 9 Lite today, February 20, at 12PM on domestic e-commerce platform Flipkart.

5. Uber Technologies Chief Executive Officer Dara Khosrowshahi said on Tuesday he can see commercialisation of the Uber Air flying taxi service happening within five to 10 years.

6. US chipmaker Qualcomm raised its offer to buy NXP Semiconductors NV to $127.50 per share from $110, after being pressured by shareholders led by activist hedge fund Elliott Management Corp.

12. Samsung Display now plans to make OLED panels for 20 million or fewer iPhones at the South Chungcheong plant in the January-March quarter, significantly lower than its initial goal of supplying panels for 45 million to 50 million iPhones.

13. Korean electronic major Samsung has inked a partnership with the Government of Tamil Nadu for setting up 15 Smart Healthcare centres in the State. Under the initiative, Samsung would provide advanced healthcare equipment like digital ultrasound, x-ray machines, apart from LED TV, air conditioner and refrigerators to select government hospitals.

22. Google has made public the details of a medium-level security flaw in Microsoft Edge browser whose patch is still not produced. The vulnerability was first discovered in November 2017, by the search giant's Project Zero.

23. Microsoft has announced that it is ending support for all push notifications for Windows Phone 7.5 and Windows Phone 8.0 devices starting from Tuesday.
