UP Police 2018 constable physical test syllabus or latest PST and PET syllabus of up police recruitment of 42520 posts in which PAC and Constables are included. Here we are going to tell you about the new physical pattern of up police recruitment 2018.
PET(Physical Efficiency Test) or Race:-
Race is also a important part of the up police constable recruitment in which both male and female candidate must have to present at the venue given in their admit card. If you are not present to the venue by given date and time then you are not going to appear in further process.
Race marks calculation:-
Male-4.8 KMs
Male Candidates will have to Qualify the 4.8 KMs race in the 25 Minutes.
Female-2.4 KMs
Female Candidates will have to Qualify the 2.4 Kms race in the 14 Minutes.
Note:-Candidates should be on Time & date for the PST/ PET. Any absent candidate will be disqualified.
PST(Physical Standard Test):-
In this test they measure some of the physical norms such as chest,weight and height of the candidates.This test is also very important to be pass out.Check all the measurements of PST given below:-
